Maybe New Video Production Channel for Adolescence

Hello,
I have been thinking of making a channel that is specifically made for adolescence. This would have a format where you would send in a video, and it may go up on the channel if it is good. In the beginning, whomever sends in one will have it put up. This channel would be designated only for people under the age of 18. Young people need a way of getting out their videos, and this channel might make that possible. Maybe you've wanted to have your videos up on the channel like Freddie Wong (freddiew), or any other good effects producer. I do not have a lot of information now, but I know it would be solely for effects and short films. I am posting this here to see if it would work out, or if it would just be a dieing channel.
