It's the pilot for a new idea known as "Mass Participation TV", where you can create your own character and incorporate them into the story of this town known as Beckinfield. They send out a newsletter weekly to 'citizens' talking about goings on around the town and you can use that as your subject to riff off of for a video. Or not! It's up to the character!
I think it's quite a neat idea and I bet it'll kick off the ground pretty soon. Make yourself a character and start improvising some videos!
